At THE RAF MADISON, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your selection isn't the perfect fit, we offer a seamless return and exchange process within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Ensure all items are in their original condition with tags attached, and place them securely in the original packaging if possible.

  Ship the Items

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
